Paper Submission

Preparing your paper

Papers of the 1st European Conference on Gas Micro Flows (GASMEMS2012) will be published online in the Open Access Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS). For more details see Proceedings.

IOP Conference Series uses author-supplied PDFs for all online and print publication. Authors are asked to prepare their papers using Microsoft Word or LaTeX2e according to the journal guidelines and templates and then convert these files to PDF. Full instructions on preparing your paper, together with Microsoft Word and LaTeX2e templates, can be found at the journal's information for authors.

It is important to ensure that when you submit your paper, it is in its final form ready for publication, and has been thoroughly proofread. IOP do not copyedit papers and will not send out author proofs prior to publication. Please note: post-publication changes are not usually permitted, unless there are exceptional circumstances, so please ensure your paper has been checked for errors. There is a 6 pages minimum and 15 pages maximum. All papers will be submitted to a peer review process.

For example when your assigned abstract number is 36 (mentioned in the acceptance mail) and your name is John Smith, your file should be named: GASMEMS2012_36_Smith.pdf.

When preparing the paper, authors are kindly requested to ensure that they follow the requirements from the journal guidelines.
